How delivery works
Spare Spot sources parts to order. We don't keep a warehouse of stock, which is how we can offer hard-to-find parts at fair prices. When you place an order, we source your part and dispatch it to you, and we email you tracking details as soon as it's on its way.
How long it takes
Estimated delivery: 10–20 working days from the day you order. Some parts arrive sooner, and occasionally a part takes a little longer. If anything is delayed beyond the estimate, we'll let you know and you can choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Where we deliver
We deliver within South Africa only.
Delivery cost
Delivery anywhere in South Africa is a flat R110. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. If you haven't received it, or your parcel seems stuck, contact us at vosloohannes98@gmail.com or 063 646 5179 with your order number.
Wrong address or missed delivery
Please check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a parcel that wasn't collected or accepted, we can resend it once the new delivery fee is paid.
