What we collect
- Contact details: name, email address and phone number
- Delivery details: delivery address or chosen PUDO locker
- Order details: what you bought, when, and your order history
- Machine details you send us, such as model numbers or photos, so we can check fit
- Messages you send us
- Technical information collected by our online store platform, such as device, browser and cookie data
We don't see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by our payment providers.

Who we share it with
We share only what's needed with service providers who help us run the shop: our e-commerce platform (Shopify), payment providers, couriers and locker networks, and the suppliers and logistics partners who help us source and deliver your order. We don't sell your personal information.
Information sent outside South Africa
Some of our service providers, including our store platform, store information on servers outside South Africa. We use providers that are bound by data-protection laws or agreements that give a level of protection similar to POPIA.
How long we keep it
We keep order and transaction records for as long as the law requires (generally five years for tax records), and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
