Sourced to order
Spare Spot sources parts to order. When you place an order, we source your part and dispatch it to you. We email you tracking details once your order is on its way.

Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 10–20 working days from the date of your order. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. If your order will take longer than the estimate, we'll let you know and you may choose to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Delivery area
We deliver within South Africa only.

Delivery fee
Delivery anywhere in South Africa is a flat R110. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking and problems
If your tracking hasn't updated for several days or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at vosloohannes98@gmail.com or 063 646 5179 with your order number.

Incorrect address or undelivered parcels
Please check your delivery details at checkout. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address or because it couldn't be delivered or wasn't collected in time, we can resend it once the new delivery fee is paid.
